Beginning Broken China Jewelry Workshop

Join Jessica for a workshop on creating jewelry from broken bits and
pieces of damaged china. Students will learn the process from start to
finish, and they should have several nice pieces of jewelry to take home.

Mosaic Stepping Stone Workshop

Saturday, October 10, 10am- 1pm
Workshop Fee: $75, including materials
Workshop Maximum: 8 Students
Need to spruce up your yard or garden? This workshop is for you! In this
one day workshop, you will create a reverse method mosaic stepping
stone suitable for an outdoor garden or walkway. Learn hands-on
techniques appropriate for outdoor mosaics while exploring different
materials including ceramic tiles, stones, stained glass, broken dishes
and other found objects. Materials are included, but feel free to bring your
own mosaic supplies and personal objects to add to your mosaic. Note:
Stepping stones must cure after the workshop and will be available for
pick-up the following Saturday.

Mixed Media Mosaics- Personalized Tiles
Instructor: Jessica Dockery
Tuesdays Evenings 6-9pm, October 20- November 24, 6 weeks
Class Fee: $200, including materials
Class Maximum: 6 Students
In this class, students will create a mosaic from start to finish using
handmade tiles, found objects, and glass. Students will create and finish
personalized tiles using ceramic and resin and decoupage techniques.
These personalized tiles will be incorporated into the mosaic, and can be
accented with other types of tiles. Students will also learn how to properly
grout and seal their final creations.
